1. Will my warranty be valid if I install Linus or disassemble my PC to upgrade memory or storage?
Yes, your warranty will remain valid, but if your device is damaged due to modification, the warranty will be voided.
2. How long will it take for my order to be dispatched once I have placed it?
We typically require 7days to prepare your order before dispatch.
3. Can I cancel my order(Vision official online store)?
If your order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel it by contacting us in Vision online stores. Please note that we cannot guarantee successful cancellation due to time differences between countries. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
3. Why does my tablet automatically power on when I connect it to charge?
Some of our tablets, such as the VPad1, are designed to automatically power on when connected to a charger in shut-down state. This is not a product defect, and is intended to ensure that you do not miss any important messages or phone calls.
4. Why is the fan running louder than before?
Abnormal noises from your mini PC's fan may be caused by foreign matter, dust, or flat cables. Regularly cleaning the interior of your mini PC is recommended to prevent blockages in the air vents that can cause the computer to overheat and impact its performance.
5. Why is my WiFi connection unstable and slow?
Most of our products support dual-band 2.4G and 5G WiFi. If your wireless connection is unstable or weak, try switching to another band or resetting your router. If the issue persists, please contact our support team.
6. Is delivery free purchased in Vision official online stores?
For orders over $199, we offer free delivery service, except for remote countries and regions. Delivery charges for orders under $199 will be displayed at checkout after you enter your shipping address.
